Let’s cut to the chase – what makes these sales tips I’m about to share with you work SO well?! They are potential client-focused versus YOU-focused. I see people miss the mark on this with their sales process all of the time. When you make it all about you, your services, your prices, what you can offer, you’ve completely forgotten that selling needs to be about the CLIENT. And when you’re client-focused, sales are sooo much easier! People want to know what’s in it for THEM. If you talk about yourself too much, they’ll turn their ears off – but so many business owners don’t even realize they’re doing it! When you want the sale so badly, you often forget to focus on the potential client. Turn that around and they’ll be much more likely to listen to what you have to say and eventually buy! So let’s talk about three sales tips that you can start doing now that are client-focused instead: Tip #1: Make a connection that has NOTHING to do with business Most people exist in their workday doing only business. Tasks are business-related, thoughts are business-related, conversations are business-related. So, if you come in with a

4 Foolproof Ways to Get Results in Your Virtual Assistant or Online Business Manager Business
Here’s the truth: I don’t know of any business owner who is doing the things I’m going to talk about below and isn’t getting huge results. And every time I work with a client who isn’t getting results, we can 100% tie it to one of these key components missing in their strategy: 1. MARKET YOUR BUSINESS If you’re reading this and want to sign clients…START MARKETING YOUR BUSINESS CONSISTENTLY RIGHT NOW! This looks different for every business owner – there’s no right or wrong way, only the right way for you. But what’s true across the board is you need to be where your ideal client is + where you like to show up. Your ideal client is likely on multiple platforms. Pick the platform that YOU most enjoy because if you pick one you don’t have fun with, you won’t show up there. This could be Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, a referral network, personal/past professional network, in-person events…you have options. Some of my clients don’t use social media to market themselves, but they do have a solid referral network and system set up for it so that’s their marketing strategy. Here’s the kicker: It takes 90 days

Why Businesses Fail
Before starting a super successful VA biz that morphed into a super successful OBM biz that then morphed into the super successful coaching biz I have now, I started 3 businesses (that all failed massively). I was a yoga teacher 🧘 I joined a MLM for a hot minute 🙋♀️ I was a health coach too 🍎 … And all three crashed and burned for the exact. same. reasons. #pleaselearnfromme What I realized when I reflected on these three businesses is that the same reasons I crashed and burned are the same reasons SO many women start VA, OBM and SMM businesses and never get them truly off the ground. So, that’s what we’re talking about. The 4 reasons I failed in business (and what to do to create success instead). 4 reasons my businesses failed (& how to be successful in YOUR biz) 1. I was always engineering smallness. I was consistently afraid to take up space or take a stand for anything. I was afraid to talk about the biz, afraid to sell and, essentially, afraid to do anything that required me to truly show up and take a risk. My three businesses made little to no money

The Fastest Way to Reach Your Big Business Goal
I work with online virtual business owners every day, and one of the more common ways I support them around reaching their business goals is by curtailing their shiny object syndrome (or squirrel-itis as I like to call it). Not sure what shiny object syndrome looks like or if you’ve got it? Here are a few example scenarios from my home girl Jen the VA who is working on scaling her biz to 5K months: Instead of staying the course and seeing a marketing plan through for at least 90 days to see max results, Jen keeps squirreling by: joining a MLM launching a new offer when her last offer isn’t fully booked re-doing her website (again) updating all of her website copy (again) signing up for 12 courses downloading all the opt-ins listening to all the podcasts changing her title changing her niche You get the picture, yes? Now, this isn’t to say that updating a website is always a bad idea or that taking an online course is always a bad idea or that listening to podcasts is always a bad idea. They’re not. It’s only a bad idea when it’s keeping you safe and small, and from

3 Ways to Be Resourceful AF to Set You Apart From Your Competition
At least once a week I hear or read someone say “OMG the done-for-you service-provider market is so saturated, there’s not enough room for me”. And I always answer the same way. “True, the market IS saturated because the barrier-to-entry is so low and anyone can show up and start a business online in 2.2 seconds. But do you want to know what the market ISN’T saturated with? HIGH QUALITY service providers”. And y’all. That’s the truest truth I’ve ever truthed ;). Go spend a minute in an online entrepreneurial Facebook group and ask people for their service-provider experiences. Most will say they’ve been through a whole handful of horror stories before finally finding their unicorn. Saturated market? Yes. Saturated with high-quality providers? Obviously not. If you’re one of those service providers you’re probably now thinking one of the following: How do I know if I’m a high-quality provider? What skills does a high-quality provider have? How do I get those skills so I can be a unicorn? And per usual, I’ve got your back on this one. First, I need you understand that your potential clients are looking to hire you for 1 of 2 reasons. They either don’t

3 Ways to Get Clients (+ Make Money) as a Virtual Assistant
I started my Virtual Assisting business in March of 2017 and within 4 weeks I had filled my roster and replaced my 9-5 income 🎉. Online businesses are popping up each day, and the need for Virtual Assistants will only grow as more of our world population comes online. So, you’re probably thinking “yeah that’s cool Sara, but how do I replicate your success and make money with MY Virtual Assistant business?”. I’ve gotcha girl! Here are 3 ways to get clients (+ make money) as a Virtual Assistant: 1. Hang out in Facebook groups. This is my #1 tip and it’s so successful you should be RUNNING to Facebook right now. Go find some entrepreneurial Facebook groups (here are a few suggestions: 1,2,3). Hang out in there to understand who is there and what their business needs are. When someone asks for a recommendation for a VA, respond! When someone asks for tech help (something that often happens in these groups) help them! When one of these group members runs a free challenge, ENTER IT! That’s actually how I got my first 2 clients, just by entering a challenge and giving tons of free value. 2. Use your network. I
