Entry-level VAs are typically newer to this space. They may do more general support and administrative things like scheduling and calendar management, email inbox management, research, data entry, invoicing, light customer service and client care, scheduling and posting social content, etc.

They typically make anywhere from $20-35/hr.

Mid-Level

Mid-level VAs are typically not brand new to this space and/or have some previous experience. In addition to entry-level tasks, they might also offer things like project management, event planning and coordination, light graphic design, content repurposing or creation, email marketing, community and website management.

They typically make anywhere from $35-45/hr.

High-Level

High-level VAs are folks who have been at this for a while or who have specialized/high-level experience. They typically can offer everything in the first two categories, as well as the following: platform setup and optimization, funnels and sales page setup/management, social media expertise/management, copywriting, Facebook ads, high-level tech support, etc.

They typically make anywhere from $45-55+/hr.
